Good day, my name is Shayla Davis. I come from the Village of Blackwater and reside there and in Coolidge with my sister Cienna Davis. My parents are Waylon and Sabrina Davis also from Blackwater. My maternal grandparents are the late Cynthia Johns-Joe and the late Ben Yazzie. My paternal grandparents are Lorna Jackson and the late Lawrence Jose. I am 15 years old and a sophomore at Imagine Prep Coolidge. I serve on the Akimel O’odham Pee Posh Youth Council in my second term. In my free time, I like to bead and play softball.
