My name is Susanna Osife and I am 21 years old. I am from and currently reside in the beautiful village of Hashan-Kehk (District Two) that lies within’ the Gila River Indian Community. I am a former Jr. Miss Gila River (2019-2020) and a former Akimel O’odham/Pee-Posh Youth Council President (2020-2021). My mother’s name is Nicole Osife. My maternal grandparents are Michelle Osife and Sylvester Osife. I have six siblings, two older brothers, three younger brothers and one younger sister. I am currently a full-time employee at an elderly care facility where I coordinate events. I currently attend Tohono O’odham Community College as a full-time student pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a certificate in digital media. I love the business world so much that I even decided to start a small business last year in 2023. Through this passion became my business, Rez Streetwear. My vision is to create a brand that embraces culture through streetwear. Promoting our culture is what makes my heart happy and full. When I am not working, all of my assignments are turned in, and I feel content with the progress I have made with my business. I like to stay active and try new things. Such as going to art markets, sewing, exercising, and a recent hobby I picked up was acting. I love new and unique experiences!
